WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER THE LFC IA PLAYER TRAINING KIT BUT CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?

If you've purchase the full LFC IA Player Training Kit and you need to cancel, the kit items will still be made for your child. As each item is ordered in the size you selected, custom printed with the LFC IA logo and delivered, we are not able to refund for the kit once production has begun.

Credits or refunds available for a program cancellation will not include the value of the kit as it is created separately through our supplier and made specifically to order, as outlined upon purchasing and in the agreed Terms and Conditions.

After you notify our support team of your cancellation, your child’s kit order will continue to be fulfilled and delivered.

You are also welcome to contact our support team here if you would like us to check the status of your kit and discuss whether any alternative options may be available.
